My approach builds on movement, performance, and the body as a whole system and is driven by understanding the core issue. It focuses on how your whole body moves, adapts, and works together, not just the area that hurts. I don’t just treat; I coach, guide, and educate, combining sports rehabilitation with precise assessment to help you build strength, long-term movement health, and confidence in how you move.
